I currently teach spinning and a light circuit training class. My diet, however, did not contribute to any gains. I would also like to get back to lifting more and heavier weights

I have always admired the sculpted look of women body builders. Now that I am single in my mid forties, I see that this type of figure will help me stand out in a crowd! I have had a lot of surgery because of breast cancer. Some of my pecs and lats have been removed. However, I long for a chisled six pack. I want my legs to be so muscular that people think I still run track.

Hi Kim, you'll always be a winner in my book! Anyone who has cancer, fights it, and does not give up will always come out on top because they did not allow the cancer to permiate their spirit.
