Consume more protein, take 1 Animal Nitro Pak right after your workout. Then 15 mins later take 3 scoops of Torrent by Universal. On Chest Day make sure you do 3 Sets of Barbell Incline Press for 12-15 Reps. And on Shoulder Day do Military Press infront for 3x12-15 Reps & DB Front Raises Neutral Grip 2-3x12 Reps. It will tie your Chest/Shoulder Muscles together giving you a more complete Upper Chest Development.

here is my back program:smith machine barbell rowing:4x10,lat pulldown(neck)4x12,stead rowing machine(4x12),dumbell rowing 3x12 and weighted hyperextention 4x15...diet is very important..have a nice week end...
