Had a workout today, first time in about 2 weeks. Had a good sweat. Didn't do anything real heavy or hard. Did a few romainian dead lifts, curls, standing rows, barbell lungs, felt real good. Been eating well today also. Pry do some jump roping tomorrow get a good cardio in there.
