Working out with weights 5 days a week.
Running 5 days a week - anywhere from 30 miles to 50 miles a week.

I used to never take vitamins -- and now here's what I do:
Every morning after my morning run, I drink 1 serving of Vanilla Protein Whey from CytoSport (Costco).
Then, with a huge glass of water (LOL) I take the following:
- a multivitamin
- two glutamine capsules
- fish oil
- A CLA capsule
And I mix flaxssed in my greek yogurt for the afternoon.
