My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

I'm following Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer, so she has it all mapped out for me!! And that's awesome because I'm a busy working mom.

Working out with weights 5 days a week.

Running 5 days a week - anywhere from 30 miles to 50 miles a week.

I used to never take vitamins -- and now here's what I do:

Every morning after my morning run, I drink 1 serving of Vanilla Protein Whey from CytoSport (Costco).

Then, with a huge glass of water (LOL) I take the following:

  1. a multivitamin
  2. two glutamine capsules
  3. fish oil
  4. A CLA capsule

And I mix flaxssed in my greek yogurt for the afternoon.

TorinLexx Hi! Sorry about that I've been sick at a dog, but I'm feeling better now. Yes! I've joined the challenge and thanks for the support. Let me tell you I have got to be serious to post these pics of myself...I hate going to the beach because of the way I feel about my body. anslas JE can bring it -I need a good butt kicking! My run yesterday was amazing. I am usually very tired if I haven't run for a week, but I felt stronger than ever, and like I could keep running for miles. JE's workouts and supplements are already making a big difference in my endurance. Keep up with your strength training workouts, so you don't run off all that muscle you've obtained training for your marathon! :) Aug 7, 2012 12:19pm
