my babyfat never went away so it's time to see what i look like with a flat stomach!
Goal (Long):
i want to push my body to upper limit of my genetic potential. i want to lose 15 lbs of fat by the end of october. that's 1.5 lbs per week.
i need to find out exactly where i stand with my progress, so i will lean out to 8-10% bodyfat and assess my weaknesses.
the past two weeks have brought about a lot of different things for me. first of all, i found out two weekends ago that i have to be out of my apartment by august 31 because my landlord sold the building. i'm in the process of finding a new place to live, but it's stressful...
started a new workout program since i'm trying to cut instead of bulk...
Monday:
Back and Tris
Wide Grip Pullups - bodyweight 3 sets to failure
Barbell Rows - 135 x 12, 175 x 9, 205 x 6
DB Pullovers - 70 * 12, 75 x 10, 80 x 8
Seated Cable Row (Dropset) - 150 x 8, 120 x 7, 90 x 9
Dips...
I wish you much success in achieving your goals. Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be, nothing more but nothing less and you will reap the rewards of all your hard work. Smile, and enjoy the journey. I look forward to watching you progress in ’08.
Buddy,
Here's what's wrong with this picture.
The steak is much too big. Give me half. I'm doing this as a community service. It's for your own good. Pass the A-1, please.
Stick with me, Kiddo. I'm prepping for Drill School. By the time I leave, you'll be as neurotic as me.
Peace, Bruddah!
DD
No complacency here. I've been a slob for ten years. Now that I have a gym in my basement, heavy weight is just a flight of stairs away. Good luck preparing for '08.
