When I got to college, I pledged a fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon. A couple of the guys were really into lifting, and I got hooked from day one.

Front Relaxed Front Relaxed - 2 weeks in
Everyone starts somewhere. I weigh 255 here and I'm finished being fat.
I've been hitting the gym 5 times a week for two weeks. I've been slowly working myself down to a 500 calorie per day deficit, so I expect there will be a more drastic difference between photos 2 and 3

i need to lose about 8 inches off my waist. i want to be healthy and confident.
Goal (Long):
my goal is to go from a 40 waist to a 32 waist by the middle of June. i'm not too concerned with poundage, because my body tends to pack on muscle quickly and semi-easily. i've never had a flat stomach, and that's something i'd really like to see. i'm also looking to bench 315 lbs, do 12 unassisted pullups, squat 405lbs, deadlift 405 lbs, and leg press 1000lbs.

I want to LOSE 30 lb
