Just the essentials
I do not take very much in terms of supplements. I prefer to eat real food instead of grabbing a shake or protein bar. Before I workout, I will take a scoop of N.O.-Xplode if I am feeling tired. After I workout, I have a serving of Myofusion in milk. Later on in the day I like to snack on a Big 100 bar (crispy apple pie is tasty!). And before I go to bed, I chug down a can of Nutrament. And that's it for supplements...nothing too crazy.
