Background

When I Started: Dec 2004
HOW I STARTED:

I was a 2 sport college athlete. In 2004 I got addicted training for Football. I noticed the change in my performance and noticed the changes in my physical appearance.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The "Pump"....Mr. Arnold you tube it. I also love the way it keeps me healthy. I used to breath bodybuilding. 2 year hiatus its time to get back what I had....

The last day of my 12 week 100,000 challenge is my daughters 2 year birthday...I want to be healthy for my family and no better time than now to teach my daughter about the importance of health and fitness. I'm also Getting maried in July... 3 huge reasons right there.

First off I would like to thank Optimum Nutrition and Bodybuilding.com for motivating me to get out of my own way and get back in shape. Two and a half years ago I was in what I considered to be the best shape of my life.
