I would like to gain about 30 lbs of lean muscle. I am open to pointers. I'm not stopping until I look like Vin Diesel! LOL
Goal (Long):
I would like to gain 15 lbs by summer. But keep it fairly lean. I am on a bulk right now it is starting to go better now, so that's some good motivation for me.
I'll email you a bunch of questions. I think just reducing the number of sets is just part of the equation. I'd like to ifnd out what exercises your routine cosnsits of. Wanna make sure you're using the most efficient exercises you can so you're not wasting time and energy.
Is 6 sets per exercise too much? How many exercises per bodypart are we talking about? I only tend to do about 8-12 for larger muscles, and 5-8 for smaller. Much more than that, and I'm in overtraining land.
