I would like to gain 15 lbs by summer. But keep it fairly lean. I am on a bulk right now it is starting to go better now, so that's some good motivation for me.

Thats my current routine, I change exercises alot i just keep the bodypart days the same. I am thinking about trying HIIT training in the future.

yea speicher is aight, my MOS is non combat so i only go off the fob every two weeks or so, so i can get alot of gym time in

I'll email you a bunch of questions. I think just reducing the number of sets is just part of the equation. I'd like to ifnd out what exercises your routine cosnsits of. Wanna make sure you're using the most efficient exercises you can so you're not wasting time and energy.

I think you're doing way too much volume, personally, even as an easy gainer. No reason why you need 6 sets for an exercise. Are you on steroids?

Well, that would be 24 sets for big bodyparts and 12-18 for smaller. Does this include warm-up sets too, or just work sets?

Is 6 sets per exercise too much? How many exercises per bodypart are we talking about? I only tend to do about 8-12 for larger muscles, and 5-8 for smaller. Much more than that, and I'm in overtraining land.
