As yall can see from my pic I'm pretty big. I don't need anymore muscule I just want to get cut. Can anyone give me tips on good eating habits to get me shredded fast so I can get to my real body under all this fat. Please someone help me. I just started going back to the gym and it feels good...
well it's all about what you eat and how often. for example, you may think eating less if better but if you eat 5-6 small meals each day then you should be set. avoid sugar. high protien, multigrain, whole wheat, things like that would be much better and high fiber too.
