P.S. I AM doing to the Body for Life contest. I make it a point to start it once a year...LOL, But I'm gonna FINISH this time! I have all of Bill Phillips's books and think the contest is great.

Thanks for the suggestions! They're much appreciated and the encouragement is always welcome. Starting out, it get's me excited to think about losing so much weight. But I am setting smaller, bi-weeky goals for myself so I can start to have smaller successes and enjoy my progres as I make it. Thanks for the encouragement. Please keep checking back!

Hey there, I have a quick question for you. I've got around 100 lbs I'm planning to lose this year and I noticed that your routine over your first two months has been really effective. How did you start as far as diet and exercise go? What did you do?
