if you cant do it, have steve do side by sides for you of your before and now. it will help you see the difference more. but hope things are going good and that you continue to have nice progress

Good for you! Every inch adds up.. it really takes time to see results so I am being very patient so every little bit of progress I see I am thrilled with. I seem to be bulking up a bit so I am not going near the scale but I feel so strong and toned. I love it! Keep up the great work :)

Hey there, things have been going great, I feel so strong and energized everyday. As for changes, my muscles feel tighter and more compact, no six pack yet...but hopefully soon. I am going to do progress pic updates in another week or so. Hopefully I will see some changes. How are you doing with the program? Hope you are having a great weekend!

hey braah! the dieting and water will get easier in time. Your body will start to crave meals for energy and feel dehydrated so you'll be needing to chug that water like RAAAWR lol. You can do this!

I just dropped by to wish you continued success. My wife and I both achieved body transformations by following the Body for Life program. We feel that you can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by utilizing the BFL program. Hey man, how's the progress? I had ate a "little" more junk food this weekend than I wanted, but all in all I've only missed 1 work-out in the past 5 weeks and I've lost some inches. Keep pressing on. You can do it!!!
