My philosophy is fairly straight forward, we are all human and we are all flawed but to strive to be better then you are is the highest level of enlightenment. When I work out I try to push myself harder then I think I can to do this I often go to a real dark place but it works! All my anger, stress, worry, and daily agony comes out in the gym and thats where it stays.

Always hit your macro's with good clean foods. If you're not drinking water and you're not eating clean then you're doing an injustice to your body.
