i was always stronger than everyone when i was younger (and not to mention like a foot taller). The attention made me want to lift then eventually i just gradually got into it. In middle school My brother and I saved up our money and bought a bench press and dumbbells. Eventually I joined golds my sophomore year in HS and hired a trainer who helped me out greatly.
Why I Love It:
The satisfaction during and after your workouts. I always leave the gym feeling better than when i entered. Its not just a sport but a life style.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think of what I need to achieve and my workout partner's support, StevenAL <<< the best workout partner ever!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I still haven't competed which I plan on doing soon but I have gone from 220lbs to 180 lbs and back up to 260 (the most I've ever weighed) down to 190 lbs. I'm stonger and leaner than I have ever been and will keep going farther.

Would like to increase size and strength in all bodyparts especially my legs and shoulders. Would like to get my bf to 12 or 13 percent. I would like to compete in bodybuilding shows and perhaps powerlifting. I'm more interested in bodybuilding though.
His dedication, work ethics, and mentality are very inspiring and motivating. Also his knowledge in this sport is eye opening, every piece of advice he has is extremely useful. Keep on inspiring Layne!!

lol i love doing legs. and pshhhhhhh go do ur cardio :). and my workouts been good :) monday-thursday i lift with track team. we do upper body,lower body spilt.
wow, ur strength is unbelievable.. and ur only 20 yrs old..that is more than 300 pounds for sure.. damn i cannot lift that much weight even an inch of the floor..
