When I Started:
How I Started:
I started lifting to get stronger for High school wrestling. I was a very Small kid wrestling at 119 lbs an want to fill out I gained weight very quickly after the season i maintain a solid 145 lbs for a few years an still felt as if i was too Small an Just decided one day i was going to push my self to get Bigger I guess that's how it all Started
Why I Love It:
It Gives me a sense of wellness an makes me feel like a better person.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the results i been getting an to think if I work hard one day i can compete. Motivating your self is just a game an i don't like to Lose.
