Reason: Dedication way beyond living the lifestyle, I feel his work/play balance and humbleness helped me to push my limits. I have directed many guys to his video's, and blogs, that show to me he enjoys helping out those of us new to pushing our physical limits. He has put in the time, and he has personally responded to those of us needing help. Just like Kris Gethin, I will shake Craig's hand. Someday.

Reason: Kris's "Body By Design" book was released a couple months after I first stepped into a gym and started to focus on my Physique. It was the first book I had ever anticipated, and waited for. This book "transformed" my mindset, and then watching his online 12-week trainer video's "transformed" my body. For those of us only starting out, he is a harsh dose of real, no BS, put-in-the-time reality, and pushed my limits. I will shake his hand. Someday. -AJ
