How I Started:
After taking off 4 years since college football, I recently got back into lifting for building purposes and not specific sport training.
Why I Love It:
Personal challenge and a way to express my self. I love the feeling of being bigger and having muscle show through my clothes. It's also fun being strong enough to throw around my wife.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife and my brother. Knowing that I need to improve in order to post good looking pictures with visual results. I love the fact of knowing that I am in control of who I can become!

Goal (Long):
Just like many others, gaining proper and symmetrical size is really what it all boils down to. Long term I would love to compete in BB shows for years to come, but that will be determined after I do my first. For my first show in October 2009, I will be putting everything into my training, everyday. My trainer's words and advice to me will be like gold. I will hang on them and implement them as best as I can. I will be a living canvas allowing him to build a portrait of a fine tuned bodybuilder. I will be submissive and pour my trust into his game plan. My God, my wife and my child are the only thing that will take priority over this show. Outside them, nothing else matters. Get lean, get big and get shredded!!

My lifting partner and I like to do what you call "Run the Rack." Meaning for example, if you are curling, you would start with 30's and do 8 reps, immediately grab 25's and do 8 reps with no rest. Then 20's 8 reps, 15's and so on down to 5's. Then no weight. It will still feel...
