How I Started:
I decided I did not want to be overweight anymore. So I started walking then started lifting weights. I also wanted to strengthen my left shoulder.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the gains in strength in my left shoulder that I can see.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking about what I'll look like when I am finally in shape. I also feel better every day that I work-out and that helps me stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 65 lbs. and keeping it off. Being 285 lbs. and going down to 220 lbs. and staying there for over four years.
