When I Started: Jun, 2002
How I Started: I almost got beat in arm wrestling by a girl at a party. Needless to say the next day I went out and got a membership to the local YMCA, and I'm still at it.
Why I Love It: Just really get a rush from pushing my limits. Another reason is I like the reactions I get from the young ladies now that I never got when I was chubby. :D
How I Stay Motivated: I have a workout partner who has been lifting with me for the past 4 years. He lifts virtually pound for pound exactly what I do, and we have the same body build... here is the catch, he is 57 years old!! Now if that isn't motivation I don't know what is!
BB Accomplishments: I'm not chubby anymore and can actually see the muscles I have they aren't hidden.

Goal (Long): I want to put on at least 25 pounds of mass. Then I want to lean that out so I have a BMI of about 6.

actually to be honest i don't have a really good lifting schedule right now. I have just been focusing on cardio but I am going to sit down soon and evaulate my goals and figure out a set lifting schedule. All a work in progress.
