How I Started:
I wanted to lose weight and had been motivated by a friend who does weight training. He encouraged me to look at what I was eating and why and to start going to the gym.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the satisfaction that I have achieved what I set out to do, knowing that I am moving toward my goal. I always feel good after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking back on how much weight I have already lost, and the encouragement I get from others.
BB Accomplishments:
Going to the gym doing cardio and strength exercises
Fell off the bandwagon over Christmas/New Year, which was inevitable due to work and gym being closed. Gym opens again tomorrow back to business as usual, so I'm guessing that means for me too! I haven't ventured onto the scales at this stage, will prob wait now until the morning and get...

Sometimes if you want change you have to realy fight for it. What you have done so far is amazing. Be strong be consistant and you well get what you desire.
