How I Started:
I started working out with my brother training for football.
Why I Love It:
I like to look in the mirror and see that I accomplised something everday. It's a great confidence booster.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard to stay motovated. I like to change the people that workout with me fruquently. It seems like when you first start working out with someone, you both have something to prove. It pushes you to excel.

Goal (Long):
I am a Marine, and I'm currently going to be deployed for a year. The plan is: to gain strength for 3-4 months, gain muscle for 3-4 months, and then cut up and loose fat until I go home on Jan 08, 2008.
