How I Started:
Went to school and had a fitness class. Started it from there. I knew I would need it for my career and for a healthy lifestyle.
I dropped off for awhile and started back up in the winter of 07'.
I try to keep it up, but school and money hinder me at times.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me away from the couch and this monitor.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about what I could be.
Seeing others acheivements.

Knowing that I'm doing something to stay healthy.

About two and a half months ago I was 211 lbs. On 8-16-09 my girlfriend and I broke up, which left me with a lot of freetime. When I was with my girlfriend she would come home after work at 11 pm and be hungry, she would make a pizza and expect me to eat half of it. About an hour or two later...
keep it up man, your new dedication in and out of the gym recently is unmatched. consistency will make your goals reality and the new seen results will spike your motivation to uncharted levels. good work
