I will lose 100 pounds and compete again in the 45 and under tennis league in the state of Florida. I played Tennis in college and after for 15 years and stayed Fit but never reached my full potential. Since then I broke my foot Five years ago and have not played or worked out seriously. Basically in and out of the gym with no conviction. Enough is Enough, is the motto I have chosen for myself. The picutre attached tells the story.

My progress is going pretty good, I'm @ 220 lb now and starting to shape out. I'm working out with in a group of 3 guys right now so that's highly motivating. I think keeping touch here creates a bit of motivation. I encourage you to keep at your goals because I know all about getting off track. My wife just had my first son after having 4 girls so we have a pretty busy household. Keep in touch!!
