At the House finally below 300
Night Before I start BFL Motivated and ready to get going.
Went up to 336 and 50 waist before getting back on track. A long road ahead still.

Goal (Long):
I will lose 100 pounds and compete again in the 45 and under tennis league in the state of Florida. I played Tennis in college and after for 15 years and stayed Fit but never reached my full potential. Since then I broke my foot Five years ago and have not played or worked out seriously. Basically in and out of the gym with no conviction. Enough is Enough, is the motto I have chosen for myself. The picutre attached tells the story.

My progress is going pretty good, I'm @ 220 lb now and starting to shape out. I'm working out with in a group of 3 guys right now so that's highly motivating. I think keeping touch here creates a bit of motivation. I encourage you to keep at your goals because I know all about getting off track. My wife just had my first son after having 4 girls so we have a pretty busy household. Keep in touch!!

I just dropped by to wish you success. My wife and I achieved body transformations by following the 12-week Body for Life program. We believe you can make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks with the assistance of the BFL program.
