i was curious & joined a friend on his workout. been doing it ever since
Why I Love It:
i love the training itself. i get to release all the rage i have inside. it's also a stress reliever, an output. i'm in my own world, in the "zone", everytime i train. don't like eating every 3 hrs. though, but i make sure i do. nutrition is 80% for me. also bodybuilding taught me discipline, personal enhancement, self-esteem, goal-setting. it keeps me 'sane' yet i'm insane about it!

by reading mags, surfing the net, looking at the pros, trying to outdo everyone else
