How I Started: I was inspired by a friend of mine who's into body building.
Why I Love It: Working out is a stress reliever for me. It's part of my daily routine.
How I Stay Motivated: I just look at the Fitness magazines & know that I can acheive anything I put forth the effort.

Hey AF, you certainly are not 38, get outta here, I'm not buying that! I work as a contractor at Ali al Salem Air Base in Kuwait, and we got a great gym. However, its not always conducive to the HIT typr trianing I do. You must be doin quite well on your PT tests??
