ARRGGHHH!!!! i cant stand this!! im FIRED up TODAY! I gotta get out of this rut bro! So today im gonna go run and lift a few weights. im tired of being lazy. its been messin with my head lately so im bout to head out bro. Been almost a month since i went to the gym.

wow man your arms are looking bigger and more defined. I know what you mean about the motivation thing. ive been in a motivation slump for like a week or two. im trying to get out of it. just bought a road bike so maybe that will help with my lack of cardio.

I like the location becuase its closer to home for me as well (riverside, most SoCal) and there are a lot more options when it comes to going out or just going to the gym. unlike my first base. i had just the base gym that i could go to
