Would you like to make your fitness goals or dreams come true in the next 12 weeks? If so I recommend you look into the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the BFL program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. We were amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
