I gained a lot of weight working at Kodak (free food!) and travelling. I was always athletic and was upset I let myself go. Started training in October 2000 and never looked back. Quickly got my certification and started competing.
Why I Love It:
I love the residual effects... more energy, craving healthy foods, better sleep, decreased stress, strength, balance, stability and endurance.
How I Stay Motivated:
As a trainer, my clients look up to me. I have to always be a good example for them.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?

What is your cardio exercise plan?
cardio after every workout except Legs and on 1 non-weight training day
actually i really dnt work out my abs, once a week, 4 days of cardio, but the exercises i do are floor crunches, hanging leg raises, hanging leg lifts, rope crunches, and dumbell twist, but ur hot no worries for u
