I want to lose 30 pounds of fat within one year and keep the muscle that I have.
Goal (Long):
My whole life I have been a very active person. I ran track in school and I have been blessed with the genetics of a natural build. It was only after my freshman year in college that I begin to put on weight (fat that is). My goal is to lose fat and reach a goal of at least 17% bodyfat within 18 months. I would like to tone the muscle that i already have. My goals also include becoming a fitness model and competing. I hope to one day be on the cover of oxygen magazine with the hopes of becoming a successful personal trainer. My 6 months goals are to lose 30 pounds of fat while transforming my body into a lean, toned, muscle machine!!! My 18 month goals are to enter my first female bodybuilding competition. I know with lots of hardwork, focus and dedication that I can do this within the next 18 months.
