How I Started:
Well I've always wanted to start bodybuilding and working out and this year I decided I would, so I joined a gym and now I'm on my way to looking and feeling better.

Well last week I decided to start a new workout. The 3-Day Workout for Mass Program. After the 1st week it has given me amazing results. Increased my Bench by 10kg which was a good gain but I dont expect that every week. Slowly getting Bigger. Today I have started a diet, I am looking to improve...

I just do seated calf raises and standing calf raises. I do high weights for 2-4 reps on my calves. On my last rep , I hold the position of maximal mucscle contraction until it feel like I'm gonna die....then I immediately get out from under the weight and do free standing calf raises to fail. :)
I just wish I could get my belly lookin like yours!!
