Drop to about 205lb. to compete at the clydesdale level effectively in amateur mtn. biking
Goal (Long):
I've had decent muscle under this fat for years. Once it starts to show, I end up slacking off and not going full speed with it. Would also like to see how a 30lb. drop in weight affects my asthma.
If he can be that far along with his physique dealing with the numerous health issues, what's my excuse? My asthma is just exercised induced. I also like the "less is more" workout. I'll be studying it alot more in the near future.
Same here bro! I have it pretty bad but breathing technique, monitoring my heart rate/o2 levels and lol determination I do ok and a big fan or Ac in the gym for air when my lungs start to constrict. In life we all have to deal with something I guess!
