My coach is Tonya Gutch and she is awesome! She's got me doing curcuit training at the moment with weights and plyos mixed in. Everday is cardio day :-) Gotta LEAN OUT!!!!!
My Nutrition Philosophy View My Full Nutrition Philosophy
Boiled tilapia and cod are my main sources of protein with a few egg whites on occassion. I also eat a ton of green beans, cauliflower and broccoli. My carbs are natural ones or gluten free ones like an apple, sweet potato, oats or quinoa. I'm obsessed with Mrs. Dash :-)

How I roll...
Usually it's a clean protein powder, fish oil, multi vitamin, vitamin C, BCAA's and a fat burner. I took a break from all supps to reset my body. Now it's just a fat burner and BCAA's. Compound 20 is pretty awesome.
