Just made up my mind to make healthy decisions, and want to compete with the best in the Firefighter Challenges.
Why I Love It:

Goal (Long):
Ive been in decent shape all of my life, but I usually work out for a couple months and then let myself slip for four months or so, and go back and forth. I am a part time firefighter and have really become interested in putting my skills to the test in the Firefighter Combat Challenge. You are put up against people in great shape and pushed to the max so I obviously have to be in phenominal condition. The second reason is that out of all the deaths in the fire service, nearly 40 percent were attributed to heart attacks. Its hard to believe that we run into burning buildings that could collapse at any point, or we run the risk of burning to death that we let something as simple as our health beat us. I have come to the conclusion that I WILL NOT let that happen to me. Plus, it doesnt hurt to look good with your shirt of..haha!

My splits for workouts are chest/tris, back/bis, and shoulder/legs. I do three exercises for each body part and three sets per exercise. Im curious if I could increase my exercises to four for my back and chest and reduce it to two exercises for my tris and bis. It just doesnt seem like...
Well my natural color is brunette. I just put the blonde wig on to have fun at a bowling party. I happened to take pics... I do think blonde girls get more attention though. ;)
