How I Started:
I went to the doctor's office for yet another asthma attack, and I weighed 270 pounds. I was 24 years old! I decided then and there I would lose it.
I started doing South Beach and walking around my subdivision for 20-30 minutes a day. I lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks.
I started doing a bootcamp workout class at a small gym in town. I was seeing some results...but then...
One afternoon it was freezing outside and I needed to do some cardio. I stumbled into Walt's 24-Hour Fitness Center. I fell in love with the weights that day.
Why I Love It:
Oh gosh, there are like a million reasons why!! I love the way it gets me high, relieves my stress. I love going and buying smaller clothes.
I got my sampler pack of Optimum 100% Gold Standard, and let me tell you, some of those flavors are amazing! The Extreme Milk Chocolate was really good! But the best so far was the Orange Cream. It tasted just like a creamsicle. It says it is a limited edition flavor, so I might buy like 10...
Monday-Legs and recumbent bike (30 minutes)
Tuesday- Abs and Cardio
Wednesday- Back, biceps, abs, and cardio
Thursday- Cardio
Friday- Shoulders, Chest, Triceps, and cardio
Sat/Sun- Try to do 30 mins cardio!

Well, from Jan to mid May very good. Then not so good. Had about 6 weeks of "zero" results on progress. All self inflicted of course. I didn't gain in those 6 weeks though. But really seeing results again since 1st of July. I told myself to take pics the last of July, its fast approaching. I so DON'T like to post them babies up! How bout ur training & dieting?
