Scarfdaddy I have had 1 week off now too! Work and studding, not time for the gym, next week I will be back on schedule. Make sure your diet program and workout are sustainable, if the bar is set to high, it could knock you back into bed. Apr 15, 2010 11:26am

Scarfdaddy Also you helped me to update my story, seeing guys on here complaining about things. I have had to deal with my bad back for quit a while now. Lots of people suffer with it. I could put my own pants on for days. No doctors could help me, I forced them to give me a cat scan. The rest is history, now I have just done heaps of core work to stabilize my spine, and now the rest is history. I hope you have a solid week of training this week coming. Feb 21, 2010 7:08am
