pretty stressed about life in general right now so I'm do a maintenance cycle just so I can keep what I have until my body is ready to build again.

That's cool. Try going back to the supersets and see how they work out for you now that your body isn't adapted to it. I do anything and everything for arms haha. I do a lot of sets for arms. I always feel like overdo it on arms by the end of a workout but my arms keep responding well so I guess I'm doing something right haha.

Hey thanks man. I always superset delts like crazy. I've always done that but they've really started filling in nicely about the last few months. I think it's just because my diet has been perfect.

Hey thanks for the photo comment! I actually do no cardio in the off-season and I do get kinda flabby lol. I just cut really well as I stay on a perfect diet for about 8-10 weeks. I was actually up to 17.5% bodyfat 9 weeks ago. Now I'm under 5%. Diet and hard training man... That's all it takes.

Oh cool. Yeah, I'll be doing both novice and open. If I get into the light-heavy class I'll be the biggest. If I can't get down that low I'll be in the smallest in the heavyweight class. Cross your fingers haha. Either way you won't be able to miss me.

Will do! Thanks man! My only worry is getting into the light-heavy weight class. I'm back up to about 212 after freaking out this past weekend and carbing up a little too much. Have to get down to 198. Shouldn't be a problem with morning cardio and dehydration though. We'll see!

Anytime :-) My weekend was okay. Nothing special. I'm constantly eating, taking supplements, and preparing food, and I will be for the next 10 weeks. So, I don't really expect to have any sort of life right now haha. How about your weekend?

I'm doing pretty well. Today is my lowest carb day of the week so I'm kinda tired. : / It'll all be worth it though. I'm dieting and training for two competitions this summer. My profile pic is old. I'll put a better one up soon. Thank you though! ;-) DEFINITELY loving yours!

Hey! Yeah, you'll be seeing me in both the June 6th GNC classic and the June 13th Indianapolis. I'm in my cutting phase right now and the weight is coming off quick! I'm looking to weigh in at 198. My mentor says I'll be weighing in at 196 before putting on the extra weight for the show.
