How are ya man? I am good! I had to stop training for health reasons but I am getting back into it hardcore next week ,, lifting, swimming and running! still gunning for 8-10bf% and ripped-ness.

Hey Adam! Best wishes these next ten days or so! You've done a great job preparing and I'm sure you'll be in the running...but most of all I hope you just have fun! I'm going to be at the Jr. Nationals in Chicago June 19 - 20 -- you should consider coming on up and checking it out!
