I'm a little bloated here. Not really satisfied with my progress. I need to make some tweaks somewhere...more cardio? less carbs?

I want to lose body fat and gain lean muscle so that I can eventually compete. I am aiming to compete beginning of next year.
I would also like to continue modeling. I've done mostly glamour shoots in the past, but I would really love to get into fitness modeling.

Saw you on Ava's blog and just saw your progress pics. One thing though, don't get sucked into thinking that low carb is the way to go. Just keep your eating clean and healthy. The equation is energy in versus energy out - I eat carbs with all my meals and high fats, but my output is high. So it can be done with them moderate, just make good choices. Beautiful avatar :)
