That's awesome you hit your goal. I basically added foods I like more, cut back so much real food...my body just doesn't lose weight that way, I do better with bars and shakes. My macro breakdown is about the same as what the other guy had it at, I lowered the carbs some and upped the protein. So only one more competition and then your taking break? Sorry school sucks I'm so glad I'm done...lol.

Hey glad classes are done for awhile. I started my diet a few weeks ago and I wasn't seeing much changes so I tweaked it and am already seeing a bigger difference in just a few days. How have your goals been coming!! Have a good holiday!

I did at home study. I did not do any of the conferences, but I've been doing this since about 10 years old and my Dad was a bodybuilder too.

I have my NASM-PES... NASM is the most accepted and one of the best ones to be a part of in my opinion. You can only do the PES if you have a degree, it's worth it because you never have to renew it either. Otherwise I'd recommend the NASM-CPT exam. Feel free to ask any other questions you've got. That's awesome, I put on some too some good some bad but it's coming off quickly, thank goodness. Married life is going really good, better since we are out of Tiffin lol.

Not a whole lot, getting ready for a shoot and maybe a show...best of luck w/ your goals...you remind of my brother always the skinny kid and now he's 4% bodyfat and 175 pounds and a D1 track athlete on a scholarship. Keep up the great work!!

Its a form of dermatitis that was aggrevated by yohimbe.off that now.im staying really low carb and only refeeding as I feel Im stuck at 120 tho so I am doing a cleanse for 7 days to help clear the old intestine.haha.gross I know but all well.then just keep hitin it hard and work down from there im guessing abour 7 more pounds to go then water and Il be good.got my suit boy is it tiny!but now when i feel like cheatin i go nope gotta fit into that lil thing.whatd you do to your knee?

How's your shredding going?? I decided since we figured out what was wrong with my face that I'm going to try a 7 week prep diet and see what I can do it that time. If i think i'm ready i'm going to compete...stay tuned for pics and if you have any pointers let me know! :)
