How I Started:
I was suffering from chronic back pain, so I brok down and went to see a chiropractor. He told me that I was to fat and didn't have enough back muscle to support my fat gut. Later that week two things happend on the same day, #1 I couldn't put my socks on by myself, and #2 I was out of breath after climbing one flight of stairs.
Why I Love It:
I like the sore feeling days after working,I love watching my muscles grow as my waist shrinks. I like catching women looking at me. I also love the euphoria that lifting weights gives you. I like being strong enough to play with my kids.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's easy fo me, If I don't workout, I feel like garbage.
BB Accomplishments:
when I wen from size 40 pants to size 32 in my first year. bench prese 235 for 4 solid reps on april 7th 2008.

I got into bodybuilding after my doctor told me that my back pain was because I was too fat and didn't have enough muscle, so I want to pack on as much muscle to last me even when I am an old man.
