How I Started:
i origionally started lifting to help get fitter and to size up for my soccer team. i began to get the bug and i have become addicted to improving my overall appearence ever since.
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling of the muscle burn and n oticing the muscle and weight growth

Goal (Long):
all my life i have been the small skinny one in a crowd of people.i have now decided it is time to chance that and pack on some serious muscle, i no longer want to be skinny, but the person on the beech people turn to look at as i walk past!! i am looking to improve my overall body...chest, arms, shoulders, back, legs and abs!!

I know typically people cut in the summer but I've spent this summer bulking. I've had good progress, I don't want to be crazy scary huge but muscular with definition.. The cut starts now, though.. and we shall see how that goes!! I think I'm gonna feel real good after :)

training has been... very sore. :[
i met this guy at the gym and he's now my "trainer" and he makes me run and just.... ughh never have an unsore morning anymore. it sucks but i know i'll benefit it later :]
