check out my heavy bag routine in new thread, i thought it to be pretty intense a good alternative to cardio (THANK GOD lol) and a fun way to squeeze in a second workout

i been takn' it easy over the holidays... Scivation hooked me up w/ a lean mass diet and workout program that i'll start w/ the new year. i figured after a hard 15 wk cut i could use a few weeks off or just going light. i also got a heavy bag for Christmas which im ecstatic to start beating the hell out of

nice, i got off a long cut a couple weeks ago; lost a fair amount of strength, but back on a LBM phase... looks promising

agreed. bodyspace is guilty as sin... and bodybuilding.com has many great aspects. in all respect to conventional workouts, they're useful but only if you take a personal and unconventional approach to them. the bodybuilding industry deff runs this site, not athletics.. nonetheless it has proven very useful for those who know how to use and don't let it go to there heads once they get a little knowledge

yeah, they don't understand... to them this is like a myspace for heath nuts... ppl don't seem to realize that all the time u spend researching this site would help a lot more if you put it into practice. big lifts hav their purposes, but so to high reps/sets... let them have their "pretty" muscles and beach bodies... we walk the street like we own it, not cuz we think we're tough shit, cuz we know they aint gonna stand up and take it from us

hard dieting deserves a good break, just like weight training. next up is a lean mass stage... after completely not watchn' my diet a couple days, my body actually feels better, muscles feel fuller, bigger, stronger.... the plan is to pack on some muscle even if a lil fat has to come w/ it then slim dwn again b4 summer

hard training pays off though... punish the body to perfect the soul. wat don't kill u makes u a mean mother. thanks for the compliment... i lost bout 20 lbs in 12 wks, then cut bout 6 lbs of water weight for the tourney... got my ass whipped, but it was a Div I tournament so at least i can say i traded blows w/ the best in the world.

hey bro, hows the training goin? im takn' this week of then starting a bulk phase, kind of reward for 12 wks of hard dieting and cutting... but smart bulking still watching what i eat, not inhaling the entire refrigerator lol

i dunno how accurate the bench is... i was about 25 lbs heavier when i did that in may.. so im leaner and hav been focusing on muscular endurance lately.. but i'll max out nxt wk to get a more up to date stat
