The weight is heavy and you're exhausted, your body feels like it's literally going to break and snap like a twig. Your on your 5th rep and the burn is already so intense. Then you hit your 6th rep and you're mind is telling you this might be it. But then you take every frustration and every bit of rage you've been holding on to all week and get that 7th rep. Your mind is telling you your body is broken and u can't get another rep. But your heart, and your determination peeks and you find the inner energy to get that last rep, that 8th rep. The sense of accomplishment after this is overwhelmin...
