Sounds like a great plan! Good to see you have the desire to take things to a whole other level. It's not an easy task but it will be so rewarding you'll never regret it! Best of luck to you!
That's great, good luck! And yes, I'd be happy to help with tips on fat loss etc. which is explained in my training packages. You can contact me if you decide to look into that. ;-)
Sounds like your putting alot of hard work into this and doing alot of the right things, thats good! Yes diet is always a big issue with everyone and is at least 75% of the battle trying to obtain your ideal conditioning in my opinion. The correct way to alter your diet to lose fat and keep muscle is a very debatable subject but what I've noticed is that most people make it much harder then it needs to be. There ways to go about it without driving yourself crazy, LOL!
great to hear - love your attitude. keep working hard and I am sure you will achieve your goals. i am working hard, gains have been slow but I am in this for the long haul
thanks for the honor of saying I'm an inspiration~!! and for your Friendship~ I actually got really to my leanness in just a matter of about 5 months of hard training (with my system- Hormonal timing)~ LIFT HEAVY because muscle burns fat!!!
