How I Started:
I JOINED THE NAVY AND HAD TO KEEP FIT, SO I WENT TO THE GYM, TO KEEP ME IN SHAPE, I LIFTED. SIZE CAME QUICK, AND I WAS HOOKED. I AM A FORMER WRESTLER, AND WHEN I USED TO TRAIN I TRAINED FOR ENDURANCE, NEVER FOR SIZE, SO THAT WAS AWESOME TO SEE HOW FAST I WAS GROWING.
Why I Love It:
I HURT IF I DONT WORK OUT ( MORE THAN I DO AFTER THE GYM ) - MY JOINTS ACHE. I QUIT FOR A LONG TIME DUE TO SHOULDER SURGERY AND BEING A DAD. I HAVE FOUND MY WAY BACK TO THE GYM, TIRED OF THE WAY I LOOK NOW, AND I AM ABLE TO LIFT HEAVY AGAIN (FOR ME), I AM MOTIVATED AGAIN.
How I Stay Motivated:
I AM TOO OVER-WEIGHT TO PUT A PIC UP NOW, SO MY MOTIVATION IS TO HAVE MY YOUNGER BODY BACK. ACTUALLY MY YOUNGEST SON IS MY TRUE MOTIVATION. HE IS OVER-WEIGHT AND CRYS ABOUT IT AND I WANT TO SHOW HIM HOW TO EAT RIGHT AND WITH WORKING OUT HE CAN BE LEAN AND ENJOY LIFE.
BB Accomplishments:
08/2008- I HIT A PLATEAU.. I GOT DOWN TO 225 ON ONE DAY, BACK TO HOVERING AROUND 231 AGAIN. I AM NO LONGER WITH MY GYM PARTNER AND I AM SLIPPING. I FIGURED I HAVE LOST AROUND 40 LBS FAT AND GAINED 20 LBS OF MUSCLE. NOT BAD FOR 5 MONTHS! I HOPE I WILL KEEP THE MUSCLE, AND GONNA TRY JUST TO LOSE FAT FOR A WHILE. LUCKILY MY SUPPS COME FAST HERE, SO I ORDER EVERY 2 WEEKS TO KEEP AHEAD.

depends on the week, i alternate 1 week to strenght 4-6 reps with main compound movements, 1 week to mass 8-12 with compound and shaping, and 1 week to high rep to work shaping and endurance of 12-20
