YES! I do eat a lot of "carbs." I Love fruit and do not eat much meat. :)
I'll have oatmeal, eggs, toast, cereal or fruits for breakfast. Snack on some berries and nuts. For lunch I might have a salad, grilled cheese, pasta salads, or soup. I'd add some fruit to my lunch! Snacking on some chocolate chips if I'm wanting something sweet or carrots. Dinner I might have cereal, rice, pasta w/ veggitables, or some sort of meat.
This is roughy what I eat on a daily bases with my options for each course * I don't eat everything I listed in a day!
Today 6/3/12 I had.........
(Banana), (Rice w/blueberries, nuts, and olive oil and a carrot). (Small piece of Salmon w/ 4 crackers, 3 grape tomatoes) (Banana w/ nuts, raisins, wheat thins) (Rice from earlier) (Cereal w/ 2% milk)
