Started lifting in high school for track and loved to see my muslces grow!
Why I Love It:
I love when people think I play a sport, i love to see my muscles, all the compliments, health benefits, and confidence I gain!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror, looking at other fitness/figure competitors.Plus, I live my life for Christ. What he says goes. My body is a temple, I shall treat it as such!!
I think about when I get old, how I want to be like those seniors that do marathons and ironmans!
Muscle Definition without flexing! Certification, Competitions and maybe modeling. To live a consistent healthy, fit lifestyle. When I'm a senior, I'd like to do a marathon!

WEll, its been a minute! I fell off my gym wheel. But now i'm back on and I gotta reach my goals. There are people depending on me. Plus I have some accountability partners so it will make it more motivating. I am glad I always have this site to fall back on. Thanks!
I am with you and Peeler I want to go kick some SkySport butt. That show needs to be canceled plain and simple they knew cameras were rolling they knew what they were saying.

It's been 3-4 months. I was on a 5 day split training each muscle once a week but I just switched two a 3 day split routine and training each muscle twice. Hope I'll get some good results.
