How I Stay Motivated: Looking in the mirror, looking at other fitness/figure competitors.Plus, I live my life for Christ. What he says goes. My body is a temple, I shall treat it as such!!
I think about when I get old, how I want to be like those seniors that do marathons and ironmans!

It's been 3-4 months. I was on a 5 day split training each muscle once a week but I just switched two a 3 day split routine and training each muscle twice. Hope I'll get some good results.
