Coming from South Africa where most people like to live an active outdoor live I love excersise although I don't participate in sport. Having moved to the UK and being stuck in an office I realised that I had to do something more than just think about changing my body.
I've looked at the guys in the magazines with their six packs etc and thinking to myself... If they can do it so can I. It was only recently that I took myself up at the challenge to re-shape my body.
I soon found out that it takes A LOT of dissipline and dedication. I currently working on my arms as part of the bulking period. During this bulking period I've put on just under 10 kg while my body fat percentage remained constant... not ideal for the body fat hovering at 22%+ but at least it didn't increase.
In 2007 I will work on lowering my body fat % while maintaining lean mussle mass. Any advice is welcome...
