I want to increase the size of my upper body and slim my waist to at least be able to tell I have Abs that I have never seen in my 32 years. I am looking for a workout plan that can withstand the rigors of being deployed to Kuwait in a gym with decent equipment. Any suggestions for max results in minimal time are appreciated. If not, thanks anyhow. Later all!
I am deployed to Kuwait. I have been trying to be good on my diet, but not having the freedom to fix my own meals makes it a challenge. Is there anyone out there who can give me some tips to help get past this speedbump so I can see the results I deserve. Thank you.
