How I Started:
At 15 I was diagnosed with boderline cholesterol probs. So I took it upon myself to eat better. Then in Oct I decided that I wanted to do pilates classes... so I joined the gym to get a better rate. I didnt really enjoy pilates but I started to do the circuit at the all womens gym and some cardio. I went from 180 to 151-155 within months. Eventually I went off to uni... then gained the freshman plus a little more. Summer of 05 I started to train free weights and I love it.
Why I Love It:
I think its what keeps me happy and its a time for me to relax and just think.
How I Stay Motivated:
At this point, what keeps me motivated is the way I feel about myself. I love the new sizes I fit in and never thought possible to fit into! This site has been a great motivator along with all the other bodyspace members who inspire one another! Looking in the mirror also is a good motivator!
BB Accomplishments:
Well I can't really speak for extreme bodybuilding... but I surpass the weights at the womens gym and have been told by my personal trainer that I was the strongest gal at that gym hahah. Needless to say I moved to the Y.

This is my second year of university... pretty much what freshman 15 + had done to me. But I'd like to note this was still working out 4-5 times a week...Eat Clean Counts!
Wanted to wear a Canada Bikini for years... now I finally can!
My first 2 goals have been reached... i took last summer to see what I could do, I took the first half of this summer to begin to see my abs... now i want them to pop ... so I keep pushing myself... i need to stay motivated and this is great for that!
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I'm currently doing some sort of carb cycling Mon-Wed looks somewhat like this 730AM : 1/3 Rolled Oats + 3tbsp liquig egg whites + 3 tbsp of water microwave 1 min, add in 1 tbsp of wheat germ 1/3 scoop of BSN Vanilla lean desert & 1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice and 1/2 cup of fruit 10:30: 1/2 scoop protein 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 cup coffee with Sugarfree tbsp starbucks hazelnut syrup and 1/2 tbsp splenda1:30: 100g lean meat, 1 cup of veggies, 1/2 a baked sweet potato, 1 & 1/2 tbsp of crushed peanuts 4:30: 100g lean meat, 1 cup veggies 7:30: same as 430 meal, friday & weekends I have more fruit after my 11am meal than normal... and allow more healthier carbs with later meals (ie ww burger buns etc) limit my dairy intake and diet soda & crystal light only on weekendsI'm currently doing some sort of carb cycling Mon-Wed looks somewhat like this 730AM : 1/3 Rolled Oats + 3tbsp liquig egg whites + 3 tbsp of water microwave 1 min, add in 1 tbsp of wheat germ 1/3 scoo...more

Depends! between 2-4 sets and usually 8-15 reps

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Because my schools gym scale was broken, I havnt been able to find out if my new dietary cuts where taking effect. Well to my surprise I stepped on my scale at the gym at home and I was 140.4... i almost died right there! and its tuesday! my lowest weight is usually thursday! I could hit it...

Oh God, we went to casino buffet last night and even tho I ate proper I think something wasn.t right cuz I feel like trhowing up this morning...Got up at 6 to go for a cardio but felt like sh!t!! I hope you made it to the gym and worked for both of us...

I did calves last night and almost fell flat on my nose couple of times while running...Those treadmills are sh!t!!! Belt is always slipping forward...Got to put little incline every time!

You are absolutely HILARIOUS!!! I get there and see you and now feel stupid to start and not to say "HI" but you were "in da zone" all singing and animating!!!! It was sooo cute! I do the same thing, sometimes singing out loud and wait till u see me box while running when arms start cramping...LMAO
And maybe next time you could come over and say "HI" before you leave...I dont bite or nothing...We still didn't officialy meet!!!HAHAHAHAHA
