How I Started:
Ive always been very self-conscious and never felt truly at ease with my body. I've been on fad diets and worked out halfass for a long time. In a year I dropped about 15lbs, but have plateaued since then.. which is why I finally found this site. Seeing the fit women on here is more then enough motivation!!

One day I want to be like a female version of hulk... and when someone says something stupid to me Im going to flex and tear my shirt off.... Not really, but I do want to be very lean eventually

Giving up pasta. Im freakin' Italian.... it was tough!!

Back in the day
This was prior to some weight loss... nice to see ive made some progress already!
Messing around this evening.. Pose and lighting helps hide the reality, but I wanted to show that I actually DO have some muscle.. AND I GREW SOME SHOULDERS, YAY!! :D

Goal (Long):
I have constantly battled weight. I can say for the most part I win.. i've never been obese. But at the same time I have never been lean as well. I eat well and workout all week... but breakdown on the weekends and let my obsession with food overcome. I'd love to finally get a handle on that, and at the same time lose some more lbs and gain some nice looking muscle,.. so for this first time I can wear a bikini and feel great!!

That is the strangest headline to write for someone like me. Im used to being at the top of everything I do, with the thought that as long as I work at something I always succeed. EXCEPT when it comes to my fitness goals. This has been the one and only thing in my life that I just cant seem...

the 5x5 regime to get some of my strength and size back. i got sick alil bit ago so im recovering still strength wise. but 5x5 and supersets. real basic stuff for the time being.
