How I Started:
Ive always been very self-conscious and never felt truly at ease with my body. I've been on fad diets and worked out halfass for a long time. In a year I dropped about 15lbs, but have plateaued since then.. which is why I finally found this site. Seeing the fit women on here is more then enough motivation!!

Goal (Long):
I have constantly battled weight. I can say for the most part I win.. i've never been obese. But at the same time I have never been lean as well. I eat well and workout all week... but breakdown on the weekends and let my obsession with food overcome. I'd love to finally get a handle on that, and at the same time lose some more lbs and gain some nice looking muscle,.. so for this first time I can wear a bikini and feel great!!
That is the strangest headline to write for someone like me. Im used to being at the top of everything I do, with the thought that as long as I work at something I always succeed. EXCEPT when it comes to my fitness goals. This has been the one and only thing in my life that I just cant seem...

the 5x5 regime to get some of my strength and size back. i got sick alil bit ago so im recovering still strength wise. but 5x5 and supersets. real basic stuff for the time being.
I'll try, but I think I'm coming down w/ a little cold my self! just out of no where!. sucks, cause I might have to take the whole week off to recover. It's okay more time to relax! =]
